This is a Cyclone II deveopment board, which consists of a core board (device EP2C8Q208C) and an experiment board.

The experiment boards have 4 8seg LED, 16X2 LCD, USB, keyboard, mouse, RS232, VGA and Ethernet connections. By using NIOSII soft IP processor, users can use this kit to learn NIOSII SOPC development.
